10 things idiots like to do,

1) Park crooked.

2) Ask the cashier at Wal-Mart to put the Cheetos and 2 of the 6 microwave pizzas back because they can't afford them along with the rest of the crap they're buying. That's why simple arithmetic is important in school kids.

3) They pull up to the drive through and have to open the car door AND get out!

4) They immediately become experts in all sports when their 6 year old child decides to participate in little league, soccer, basketball, etc. They remain experts forever at that point. This despite sucking at sports themselves.

5) When say something particularly stupid, they inform you that it "Was on 'the internet.'" So is goat porn!

6) They like too pull out in front of you as if they are rushing someone to the emergency room then proceed to their destination at half the speed of the posted speed limit.

7) When asked, "How's it going?" They attempt to tell you about their current medical condition. I wasn't serious ok? I could give two shits less!

8) They post stupid shit on Facebook about their kids, their kids' snot, their kids' poop, and their ex. FYI, Facebook isn't a random thought brain fart recording database. You are the only person that thinks your snotty, dirty, loud, obnoxious kids are cute!

9) They ask tall people how tall we are. Evidently taller than you can guestimate from down there! How much do you weigh? What color is your 'real' hair? How many orders of Chile Cheese Fries from Sonic did it take you to get those hips?

10) They get offended easily when their idiocy is pointed out to them. Sorry, but idiots are like farts, you have to laugh. EVERYTIME!

One of the best sites on nutrition info that I've come across. http://www.why-low-carb-diets-work.com/

Gary Taubes, author of the excellent book "Good Calories Bad Calories" provides this excellent site provided up to date and accurate nutrition information. I don't recommend a lot of sites as stand alone information sources, but this one is hard to beat.
